BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

As the premier association of human resource and people managers in the Philippines, PMAP´s strength is rooted in its community of practitioners who selflessly exchange insights as we promote sound people management practices in the country. Collectively, the sphere of influence of PMAP´s more than 1,800 corporate and individual members spread across 22 Chapters, is estimated at 11 million individuals, around 6 million of which are registered voters nationwide. Truly, the largest and most recognized association of HR professionals in the country!

Shall be limited to persons of good moral standing in the community and have an outstanding track record in the field HR Management and/or People Management

  • A Seasoned HR practitioner serving in capacity as time of membership, has voting rights and can be voted upon.
  • A specialist in HR, but has no attained qualification as professional: has a voting rights and can be voted upon.
  • A non-HR but engaged in people management (i.e. Line Managers), has voting rights, but cannot be voted upon.

Any enterprise, corporation, trust, firm, partnership or association in good standing, duly licensed and registered to do business in the Philippines

  • The applicant firm fully complies with all labor and social laws.
  • The applicant firm’s CEO commits to support the activities of PMAP either through his direct participation or through his duly designated representative/s.
  • The applicant firm shall designate a Principal, Regular and an Alternate Representative to PMAP
  • Remittance of Php 1,000 entrance fee
  • Php 10,000 annual membership fee

  3. Photocopy of the Company’s SSS Registration
  4. Proof of the Company’s regular remittance to the SSS (latest 3 months)
  5. Latest Audited Financial Statements
  6. Company Organizational Chart
  7. Job Description and one (1) Photo each Representatives
  8. DOLE Compliance Report if you are a Manpower/Outsourcing Company
Academe/Teachers, Government Employees & Young/HR Professionals
  • Fully accomplished PMAP Application Form
  • Recent Bio-Data or Curriculum Vitae with 2×2 picture
  • Copies of Professional Certifications, as required
  • A specialist in HR, but has no attained qualification as professional: has a voting rights and can be voted upon.
  • A non-HR but engaged in people management (i.e. Line Managers), has voting rights, but cannot be voted upon.
  • Remittance of Php 1,000 entrance fee
  • Php 7,000 annual membership fee
